“We heard this place was recently renovated and when I say WOW I mean WOW! I have never seen a staff more accommodating and friendly. They were polite, offered water, cookies and complimentary beverages and breakfast they deliver to your room! This place was top notch and we were very impressed!! Thank you.”

“Overall, the facility was excellent. The room was clean, the process of checking in was effortless. The only minor detractor I would have to say, and it’s fairly minor, is they are a little shy on parking where it’s located. I came in late both nights I stayed, and had a little bit of a time trying to find a space. I ended up having to park across the street the second night.”

“The biggest issue was our room was very obviously a formerly smoking room, to the point where all our clothes stunk from being in the room a few days. Our room didnt feel the cleanest and had torn carpet and missing artwork, which isn't a huge deal but just felt low quality. The pool area was nice looking but was often chaotic with a lot of people and unsupervised kids. Thats not the hotels fault but just the clientele in general here. All in all it was a cheap stay and I got what I paid for,……

“Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.”

“The facility was loud all hours of the night. The air conditioner/heater was inconsistent and SO LOUD. We’d go from sweating to ok but awake because of how loud it was and how strong it blew the cold air until it shut off, then sweating again before it turned back on. People were loud, yelling and laughing and stomping until well after 1am. The floor in our room was disgustingly dirty. Took a shower in the bathroom with no vent (makes it really hard to get dry!) and walked into room to finish……

“Everything was perfect as always.. my BFF and I go every year, to shop and get away from the husbands 😁😏. We love once we've finished shopping that there is a pub there and we don't have to go out again to eat. We love sitting in the atrium with a glass of win and checking and adding up our receipts for when we cross the Canadian border. You won't regret staying here. Just wish our dollar was better so it wouldn't be so expensive but we still do it. As we say ,"Can't take it with us," Enjoy……

“I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”
