"I had to sleep with the lights on, because I had to kill a few roaches. The bed & sheets were dirty & stained. They obviously don't wash any of the bedding. Also found a bug crawling in the bed.. I've stayed at bad places before, but this shot up to #2..maybe even #1. I actually had the misfortune of staying at 4 other crappy places, but THIS place is the absolute worst in Fresno. The ONLY perk is that there's a lot of places within walking distance. Especially Spaghetti Factory. That was a treat."

"Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. In room amenities were convenient for longer stays. Good value especially considering all of the in room amenities. Staff were polite and helpful."
