“My stay was perfect in all ways. Dave was a very welcoming host and has made the cottage beautiful inside and out!!!!! Not even a piece of dust anywhere!!!!! The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The views, indeed, are constantly spectacular!!!!! I even added several birds to my bird watching life list. So nice after a long, active day to relax in the outdoor hot tub. There is no doubt that you will find everything you want here and make a return reservation, as I hope to do!!!!!”

“Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and……
