「Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately represent the property. Our room was not clean - we did contact the front desk and they willingly allowed us to move to a new (cleaner) room. The new room was cleaner, however then we had issues with the keys - our keys didn't work, the staff member's master keys didn't work, and one more set that was tried didn't work. It all worked out and we had an ok stay, but unfortuantely, if I am being honest, I can't recommend a stay here. 」

「My room was not clean when I arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist and bar staff were amazing, but because the hotel was sold out we were sent to another hotel. That hotel room was much smaller, smelled like sewage, and had maintenance issues. The staff were amazing, but if management thinks that sending me to a smaller sub-par room at a different hotel is an equivalent then I have no desire to come back.」

「Everything was handled very well. Staff, breakfast, cleanliness. The lobby was easy and mellow to hang in with a basketball team.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Older hotel, manager was obnoxious and rude most staff very friendly, clean area, charge extra to change sheets even when you stay over a week and you offer to change the bedding yourself 」

「The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
