「The room was dirty and the shower was gross. They obviously think if you have dogs you are okay with dirt. They charged me a lot for cleaning fee for 2 service dogs. They were rude when we ask for a refund on that money. They are not using the cleaning fee money to clean dog friendly rooms.. The outside shell of establishment was good. 「It appears the hotel went through a recent renovation. Everything looked newer and was very clean. Conveniently and close to anything you would want to do in the North Georgia area.」
