"It's been bought by a development group and they seem to be renovating for more of a High Hampton or Blackberry Farm vibe. Adding a 3 story hotel and such. Hope it doesn't mean prices are going to skyrocket as Dillard House has always been a great value. Super nice staff."

"My family absolutely loved this property! It’s fairly secluded up the mountain, but conveniently it is only 10 minutes from town. Our kids loved running around the property, exploring and making s'more's at the campfire. We also had a lot of fun playing in the game cottage on the days that it rained. Overall it was perfect for our family of four! "

"This house exceeded our expectations! It’s super clean and so welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. The furniture is well kept throughout the home, and we all slept really well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. We loved the porch, the view is incredible. It’s surrounded with forest and you are looking up at mountains, but within 5 minutes you can be in town at the grocery store! We really appreciate all the thoughtful extras and are already looking forward to coming back."
"What an incredible place for a mountain getaway. We really were out in the wilderness and love it. Such a cozy little cabin in the woods that had everything that we needed for our anniversary weekend. But, it was still so close to Clayton for our anniversary dinner. I would highly recommend Stekoa Creek for a nice meal and experience. It was also close to great hiking and lakes for our paddle boarding adventures! We will come back again for sure! "
