"We got a handicapped room, which we didn't ask for but I suppose it can happen. The room smelled musty and had a water stain on the ceiling. You should absolutely look into that. The bathroom definitely could have been cleaned better. The mirror, floor, and shower all had streaks, stains, and dirt when we arrived. Some of the towels in the room were not completely clean, which is crazy because they are white towels and it's easy to see that they still had some staining. The shampoo and conditioner (regular expected amenities) were not replenished and were almost empty. Besides that the room overall had a very old and unkempt feel to it. Additionally, the guests directly above us were making noise all night. Someone, a kid I think, was running up and down the room and jumping and creating all sorts of ruckus during what were supposed to be the "Quiet Hours" (10pm to 8am) I believe. We went to get breakfast on our morning checking out. Breakfast is til 9:30am and we arrived at 9:15am just to find everything already put away. All that was left was some blueberry muffins and nutrition bars. Not much else. That was disappointing. Generally, the hotel staff was a little standoffish. The only employees that really greeted us were the cleaning ladies. So overall, not a great experience."

"I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle running from 5:00 a.m. to midnight on request. However, when I checked in, the front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle is shared with four other nearby hotels and would not be available until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Since I had an early flight, I was told to order an Uber instead. That was extremely frustrating and misleading given the way the shuttle service is presented on Expedia’s website. The hotel itself is an outdated Fairfield Inn, although it was at least clean. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, and it was very difficult to sleep because of loud neighbors throughout the night. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for travelers relying on airport transportation."
