"We loved our stay at this hotel. It was a 5 minute walk from two different Metro stations and the Garde de l'Est train station. Loved the breakfast buffet and coffee. Boulangerie and bistros 1/2 a block away. Our room was a good size. The bathroom was small but had a great shower. The staff were so friendly, spoke English well, and were so helpful."

"Directions for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel are horrible, and the airport personnel don't know how to direct people with vague instructions. We asked 3 different people and got 3 different responses. Ended up taking an Uber. A taxi won't take you. The stay itself was pleasant and the hotel staff very helpful."
