The staff, who speak fluent English and Spanish, as well as French, are always exceedingly helpful and kind. Paulina, Davide, Paul, and Mike made my trip especially wonderful. 」

「Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. 」

「Stay at this hotel for 7 nights. Staff are friendly. I have good sleep every night. The room is clean and tidy, spacious enough for opening 2 suite case at the same time. One thing need to improve is the sound-proof of the room, others are excellent.」

「離地鐵口5分鐘路程，火車北站到酒店不用轉車 早餐選擇不多，但感覺很好 房內燈光不足，設施有些殘舊，但房間整潔 整體來說以這價錢能住上早餐的酒店，是不錯的體驗 前台職員是24小时服務，態度非常好，其中一晚清楚3點火警鐘誤嗚，職員處理得很快，又會遂一向出房的客人解釋，令人安心 」
