“Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this……

“Host was unreachable upon our arrival at apt. Tried numerous methods to do so while waiting in the rain. Finally contacted VRBO and she responded after that with door code. Apt is extremely small and needs maintenance done throughout. Small AC unit in each bedroom did nothing for cooling the kitchen and living room. Furnishings were bare minimum and should be replaced”

He checked to make sure our stay was to our expectations. Owner is a very genuine person to work with. Welcome snacks were readily available on the kitchen counter. The Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The Beds and linen are very comfortable for a good nights sleep. This VRBO rental is EXACTLY as pictured-with other perks within and VERY clean.……

“Great two level apartment. Very clean and comfortable! Location is in Jersey City Heights so quit a hill to climb after parking our cars. We had great weather so no issues. Cheap Lyft or Uber always an option from parking in Hoboken”

“The home is as advertised. It was perfect for our family. We loved the 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. We didn’t rent a car because we thought the unit was closer to public transit than it is. It’s a 1.1 mile walk to the Journal Square PATH drop. There aren’t other PATH stations within walking distance. I also wouldn’t be comfortable taking the bus with a young family. Street parking would be hard too. There are cars parked along every inch of Gardner Ave. Plan to take ride share services a……
