"At check in I was greeted by a very polite young lady and my check in was quick and easy. We were on the ground floor in room 11 which has a window shade that does not go all of the way down, and was a little unnerving (this room is not a beach view as it faces the parking lot). Parking was very full when we arrived however, we were able to move our car closer and closer as the weekend progressed and folks came and went from the property freeing up closer parking spots. To my horror I found the bathroom toilet (seat and lid) up in the office/pool area was covered in a substance resembling feces when I attempted to use it while visiting the pool area. Overall the stay was nice, I think it is a bit overpriced for what you get and not even being a holiday, though it was to celebrate a special family occasion. Overall the place is clean and it really is a lovely property with lovely attentive staff. I think the bathroom being dirty was not the norm as it appeared the property is well maintained. We love visiting the area and have done so since the kids were small and now I take my grandchildren. For future visits to Frankfort, I would probably not stay here again due to the price, but that is just my personal preference."

"Can easily walk to town and the beach. The floors are a bit noisy and can be a bit disruptive to sleepers when others walk around. Beds were great. Back yard was great and we seen deer every morning in the back and front yards. Be aware that the light switches control the electrical outlets, but once you figure that out it works fine."

"We have stayed here before and the home is always in great shape. If we have had any problems we just call the number in the book for the property manager and problem solved. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. The hot tub is an added bonus, very nice."

"Our stay here was perfection! The house had everything you could need or want and was thoughtfully appointed- from the movie-watching worthy TV in the family room with plenty of seating to the fully stocked kitchen and bedside phone chargers.The outdoor space was wonderful- we enjoyed nights cooking dinner on the outdoor grill and sitting on the patio which had plenty of comfortable seating! The hot tub was an added plus! The location could not have been better- a short walk to the beach and Main Street which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and ice cream! We’ve been coming to Frankfort for over 10 years and have stayed at several Agape properties over the year. You are wonderful to work with - properties are always top-tier, clean and communication is alway top notch! Jean responds immediately to communication and made check in super easy! We alway look forward to future stays!"

"As a returning guest, we had a great week! The location is super convenient to the beach and to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. House comes with a garage full of beach necessities. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout. Host was easy to work with and very attentive and friendly."
