"We were in town for the Kentucky Three Day Event and wanted a place to enjoy beautiful Kentucky after a day at the horse park. This cottage was perfect and was a quiet place to retreat to conveniently close to the horse park and good places for dinner. The cottage is clean, the property is beautiful, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again."

The TV only had Roku, so any network TV, such as watching the World Series at night, couldn't be done. I've stayed at other VRBOs and they were upfront about the TV channels access. Letting the renters know upfront on the property summary that the TV is only Roku should be done. The property manual on-site is way out of date and held in a broken spiral notebook. It contains...

"The property for the six of us was as described and enjoyed by all of us. Except my wife and I had no cell phone service through T-Mobile to even text or call The Host that we were leaving but the whole town seemed that way as well. The other two couples had cell phone service."

"This is a fantastic house, great for a couple freinds or a pair of couples. The bedrooms are large, beds comfortable, and decent baths in each. The common room is spacious and the kitchen updated and modern. Location is great to walk downtown to restaurants and other shops. The one downside is the train. "The condo was very clean & nice and we felt safe overall. Most everything was thought of ahead of time regarding WiFi, key-pad entry, Keurig coffee pot, towels, hairdryer, etc.. It was a great price and location for our trip. We would definitely consider coming back again!"
