The sauna was wonderful, with great views. Next to river with nice walking trails. Great hotel for solo or couples use but maybe not for small children or families. Very mature settings. I enjoyed my stay, walkable to old town and other places in the city.

Check in was really slow. Even though we arrived at 4pm the room still was not ready. Room was very dark and felt kind of beat up. The highlight is the spa. It’s on the top floor, so beautiful and well maintained. The gym is a bit cramped but good equipment. Overall I think this hotel is not great value for the money.

Hotel is ok, could be better

I don't think this hotel is a 5* hotel and definitely not a family-friendly one. I was just staying on a short trip so it got the job done, but I don't think I would recommend it for a longer stay. The room could have been more comfortable (poor lighting, an unsteady shower, and non-functional A/C). I found the value for money to be quite average. The restaurant was good, although very loud (music blasting until 1:00 am - my room was on the second floor and I could feel the vibrations). Overall ok, but I have seen better.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic design along with an eye catching lobby and bar. The cocktail bar is absolutely perfect and the drinks are very carefully made. I don't recommend going with children. We did not observe any families with small children great room service and the availability is beyond what you can ask for. room cleaning also is great and refreshing when u can come back to a clean room. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, although I was traveling internationally, Roomers can be a great romantic weekend especially with the bar/club downstairs. few things that we didn't like: Early check-in was requested due to my 16 hours flight, and it was strictly said it's due to availability. which makes sense, and since they were booked the day before we were pushed to 3 PM regular check-in time. The issue was that even then it took a little longer as our reserved room was still dirty. It's worth mentioning that they did give us the room shortly after. As we were celebrating we did go to the restaurants one of the nights that we stayed there, although, most of the staff there were amazing and welcoming we particularly had an issue with our server. later on we again had an issue with the room service order we made with the same staff member. However, things were resolved quickly after. We very much appreciated the attention that was immediately given. Other than these everything was fantastic and we truly had a magical vacation there.
