Highly recommend
Free access to the water land up to 10pm is a great experience. Restaurant serves tasty food with nice service. Room is clean and bed is comfort.

Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The hotel and staff are excellent! Especially Luca in the Panorama bar. A bit in the country but balcony views are great. Must say the spa is not as good as it was before and some irritating and aggressive clients in the adult section - but still had a good arrival stay after the long flight from SoCal.

In occasione della fiera Light & Building 2024 io ed un collega abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Vital Hotel. L'hotel, che si trova a circa 25 minuti dalla Frankfurt Messe, è ben tenuto, dotato di un enorme parcheggio chiuso da sbarra automatica. La mia camera era ampia, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione è abbondante con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Il ristorante propone vari piatti ed un menù a buffet. Il personale è molto gentile. Segnalo per la gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità in particolare il cameriere Sig. Salvatore di Franco che ci sempre accolto con un sorriso facendoci sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Schade find ich das am Abreisetag die Therme nicht noch denn ganzen tag genutzen werden kann. Da ich im verkauf tätig bin und somit immer erst Samstags anreisen kann ist ein Wochenende sehr kurz. Vielleicht kann man das ja noch ändern. Ansonsten find ich es hier sehr schön. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit Bademantelzugang zur Therme. Das find ich absolut mega.

We have stayed in the Vital Hotel Frankfurt for 3 days during the Xmas time. We were so pleased by the professional and friendly service offered by everyone from the hotel! Our kids love this hotel! Especially the convenience to the wellness swimming pool, and the good breakfast! Thanks for the team

Ein Hotel, bei dem alles passt
Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Modern, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück/Essen — und die drehende Bar ist ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight. Wir kommen wieder!

I didn’t like how the rooms have no refrigerator or coffee maker. There was also no ice machines. Pool is beautiful. Dining is good. I had the burger it’s was great. Also the bolognese pasta is good.

Beautiful hotel! The room is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is 8.5 miles away from the airport, and if you have a car that should not be a problem. Not sure if they have an Airport shuttle. You do pay for parking, however, it is not as expensive as the hotels near to the airport. They have a beautiful thermal baths, but unfortunately, I did not have time to try them out. you pay for breakfast, but it is very reasonable., and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked. Wonderful place and my husband and I going to return. For me, this is a five star!

Unexpected event
I stayed at this hotel in July and had an amazing experience, one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my travels which are mainly for business. It is between 4 and 5 nights away from home and it felt like home. This visit unfortunately was not the same experience. On my first night I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to a mouse on my side table. I called reception and they moved me to a room one door down to get some sleep and I had to move all my personal items the next morning myself which made me late for my first meeting at my Business Partner. As I had a very pleasant stay the first time, I believe that things do happen but felt that the hotel did not really make any effort to apologize for the event or even check that the new room was acceptable. Very disappointing for me. I will still go back again as I said I really felt like it was a home away from home.

Absolute teleurstelling
Verschrikkelijk hotel. Veelste druk en overpriced. Je kan amper zwemmen van de mensen, overal gegil en veel shady types in het saunagedeelte. Voel je je totaal niet op je gemak. Kamer is erg duur in verhouding. Ontbijt is wel lekker en uitgebreid. Eten in het zwembad gedeelte enorm teleurstellend en duur.
