「The most needed improvement for me would be to replace stained carpeting and furniture in the rooms. Once you have tried and failed to remove the stains, the only thing left to do is replace the soiled carpeting and furniture. It may be clean but it looks like crap.」
「My earlier concern of door to room hard to open turned out to be my issue of being left handed!!!! However we did encounter our coffee maker not working and when brought to the attention of staff, were very willing to replace. Staff was definitely helpful.」
