"The room seemed recently renovated. Clean, carpeted, very comfortable, all of the important amenities. There was a problem with noise from an adjacent room, but front desk was very responsive. Would definitely return."

"This hotel is in a great location, very convenient to get places by foot. We used a parking garage nearby and saved a good amount. We were on the 11th floor- 3 of us, 2 adults and a teenager. Our room was comfortable with a refrigerator, coffee maker and good air conditioning. The beds are firm, but comfortable. The elevators took quite a while, but with 34 floors, that's to be expected. We never ate at the restaurant, instead found a bagel shop practically around the corner."

"This was definitely not what I expected, but also not bad at all! Our room must have just been one of their smaller rooms, but they did the best they could with the space given that the hotel is in the middle of NYC. Conveniently, it’s a 4 minute walk from the bus station! Staff is very friendly, but they will not engage unless you need them (didn’t bother me one bit). You should DEFINITELY bring your own toiletries because that soap was nottttt going to cut it for me (they’re also all stuck to the wall, so yeah. no shade, no). We were given breakfast vouchers although breakfast wasn’t included with our room package, very nice of them. We weren’t able to check out remotely, but staff took care of the matter swiftly and accurately after I informed them. Overall, 7.8/10 stay, great for a tourist trip in NYC (or stay away from home)!"
