「We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. 「The floor was very dirty, no dust pan or broom, coffee was out, and there were no coffee filters. There's supposed to be a cleaning crew, but I have not seen a cleaning crew here for any other room. I'm only here for a week, so I did not want to buy the cleaning supplies that were supposed to be available to me, along with the cleaning crew not showing up. The bed is comfortable. When I arrived, the wifi was not working. After it was fixed though, it works well. 」
