"This place was so good we have decided to look for more Sleep Inns when we travel. The ma at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He seemed to enjoy his work. He remembered my name when he saw me 15 minutes later and followed up on how my room was. The room was perfect. We don’t go for luxury since we are never in the room more than 8 hours. This was clean, spacious, updated, and so comfortable. There wasn’t a single thing about the room I would change. I was able to relax and sleep so well. Breakfast was unreal. Hot and cold items that were DELICIOUS. I loved everything about this stay. "

"We were on second floor, water pressure in shower was very warm but not enough pressure. Also, the walk in shower leaked so we had water on tile floor when we exited. Rooms were renovated and looked good. King bed was a bit high to get in and out of, but I am 5’4”. Great location to UT Tyler"

"The room smelled like wet dog. The fridge did not work well, and the door to the freezer part was missing, so one big block of ice in the freezer part. Won't be back for the wet dog smell alone."
