There is a Safeway and restaurants within a mile of the condo.
Walk down a nearby footpath for 500 yards and you're on the Fraser River Trail, which is a 26 mile hiking trail that go into Winter Park and also to Granby. You'll love hiking this trail and the surrounding area. There's truly a lot to do around!

Evenings are spent in the glow of a wood-burning fireplace, the crackle of logs pairing perfectly with a board game or a book from the in-home library. Whether you are returning from a day on the slopes or exploring trails lined with wildflowers, this townhouse offers a comfortable retreat that keeps nature close and relaxation effortless.

Sleeping arrangements
Two restful bedrooms provide space to recharge after full mountain days. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second includes a queen bed and a twin bunk, perfect for families or groups needing flexibility. In the living area, a futon offers an additional sleeping option for one guest. A second full bathroom on the main floor features a tub-shower combo, and both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and pantry basics to make meals easy. You’ll find a drip coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo, toaster, wine glasses, and more. Share meals at the dining table with mountain light streaming through large windows, or move into the living space for evenings warmed by firelight and conversation.

Step onto the balcony to take in views of Byers Peak or simply relax with a book in the fresh mountain air. Within walking distance, the neighborhood clubhouse offers year-round access to the indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a sauna, steam room, and a fitness area with weights and cardio equipment. Active afternoons are easy with racquetball, tennis, basketball, pickleball, and ping pong available.

When you want to unwind indoors, you’ll have a TV with premium cable, books and reading material, and a selection of board games. Was much more outdated then listing implies. Carpet was dirty, door was sticky, no real blinds, broken fridge that leaked, tv that we couldn’t get to work, broken lamp shade with sharp edges, and listening to roofers take off and put on a new roof with no notice from the host. Highlight was the pool and recreation facilities!
