Cozens Pointe I-302 is a professionally decorated third-floor condo that invites you in for maximum relaxation. The lengthy sectional and lounge chairs in the living room beckon you to meld into after a long day of playing hard. Turn on the gas wood stove and your favorite program on the flat screen and let the worries fall away. Meal preparation is a snap in the modern full kitchen with dark granite countertops or the gas grill out on the private balcony.

Ready to rest easy? Head to the Primary King Suite, featuring a flat screen TV, great views, and ensuite bathroom. Then, send the kiddos to the bunk room for a peaceful nights slumber. When it's time to hit the slopes in the morning, grab your skis from your private ski locker downstairs and head to the mountain just a four mile drive up the road. Cozens I-302 is a great place for the whole family to retreat to, even the four-legged members.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Twin/Full bunk in the bunk room, and Twin self-inflating EZ bed. Sleeps up to five guests.

- Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added at time of checkout.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the open areas not in front of any garage doors.

My husband and I and our dog stayed here for 4 nights. The property was spotless and so incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals and the views from the porch and windows are stunning. We had such a relaxing stay, I was so sad to leave. We would 100% stay here again. The home was in perfect condition, access was easy, location was great. Impressed with quality of furnishings. The couch was very nice, as was the additional living room seating, balcony furniture and dining area. Overall was well stocked with games, extra fans, blankets in the living room. Very thankful to have such a nice place offered as pet friendly! There was plenty of space in the complex area to walk the pups as well as a trail off the rear that gave us a mini hike of sorts. Kitchen could use some additional items like condiments, cutting boards (possible I just didn't find the cutting boards) etc but overall was functional and well thought out. There was starter coffee on site as well, enough for 2 mornings for 2 of us. Bathrooms were nice but could use some additional toiletries like body wash and better quality products in general. They stock the tiny hotel size conditioner, shampoo, body lotion and bar soap. Tons of TP though! 2 towels per person were provided along with wash clothes and hand towels. Another nice little bonus were the dog bowls. The customer service was impeccable, communication was moved off the app to text and email immediately which made it very easy to reach out to the managers.

Great location. Noisy as can be. The neighborhood is under construction, and the construction trucks start early, 7am. Just plan on early mornings. They are done by 3pm so afternoons are more enjoyable in the condo.

The place is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. I would add to the losing that it's a third floor condo, so you will be going up two full flights of stairs. Also, this is a pet friendly unit, i would advise pet owners that the stair treads are metal and have sharp pointy grated non slip surfaces. My dog would not have walked up those stairs.

Only draw back but expected was the 3 flights of stairs ( bummer lugging all your stuff) but the positives of the views and not having anybody walk above you was key

We enjoyed our time at Cozens I-302. It’s a new unit with nice furnishings (modern - not the silly “cabin chic” that’s so common these days). The owners had games and puzzles that kept us occupied when we were inside. The kitchen was well supplied. The TVs were quite nice. The second bedroom with a bunk bed was perfect for our daughter. The radiant heating system is great. We also appreciated the little extras; nice Aveda products for the bathrooms, extra dog blankets and doggy food/water bowls, the rubber boot trays for snowy shoes, humidifiers for each room, etc. Overall it seems like a well-constructed solid home. The unit is in a new development, convenient to Winter Park (for downhill skiing), Fraser Tubing Hill for a different kind of downhill fun) and Devil’s Thumb Ranch (for Nordic sports). There is some other construction close by for other buildings in this development, but we rarely heard the noise in our 3rd floor unit. We would definitely consider returning here in either Winter or Summer.
