This place provides a great space for our group to be able to spread out and yet be all together.

People live in the basement

Although it was mentioned in the fine print, there are tenants in the basement. There’s no barrier or lockable way to separate the basement. So, that was super odd and off putting. Other than that the home was clean and nice.

The house itself was nice and big, with plenty of space for multiple families. It is just a short drive outside of town and about 20 minutes drive to Winter Park. We had several issues during our stay, including chirping smoke detectors that we could not access to stop the chirping, broken microwave, and bed mattress that fell through the frame. The rental agency took care of the issues, but it still impacted our stay. Also, communication through VRBO did not work, and we could not get a hold of anyone outside of normal business hours.
