Just minutes from the free bus line to the slopes, and a short walk to the culinary delights as well as unique boutiques of downtown Winter Park, you’ll have quick access to exceptional world-class skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Resort, a plethora of amazing snowshoe, cross-county ski and fat bike trails just steps from our home, as well as the family-friendly tubing hills in nearby Fraser.
• Warm and Inviting: After a day of hitting some fresh powder on the slopes or snowshoeing the peaceful trails, unwind by our beautiful marble fireplace in our spacious living area complete with our comfy, large sectional sofa, plush bean bag, armchair and stylish, modern decor.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up delicious, hearty meals in our gourmet kitchen, stocked with crock pot, pizza tray, panini-maker, coffee grinder, kid’s plates, utensils, and cups, as well as an ample selection of pots and pans.

Each bedroom is situated on its own level, and has a private, full en-suite bathroom with an additional powder room off of the living room. Every floor has a quiet and separate outdoor deck perfect for enjoying some down time. Full size washer/dryer in the home, full private garage and parking for additional vehicle in partially covered driveway. We also offer a beautiful romantic private 2 person hot tub ideal for stargazing.
Wifi, 55" flatscreen with Netflix and Youtube TV and sound bar will take care of your entertainment needs. Our home has 3 bedrooms with plush bedding, 3.5 bathrooms, and blackout cellular shades ideal for a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has a full en-suite, private bathroom with an additional powder room off of the living room.
Bedroom 1 features a king-sized memory foam mattress with lush 650 thread count sheets, and a large screen TV with Netflix included. Ideally located less than 1/2 mile from downtown Winter Park and a short shuttle ride away from Winter Park Resort, our townhome is an outdoorsman's paradise. The Rendezvous neighborhood features Hideaway Park (which offers free sleds and chairs to use and return) and the Rendezvous Event Center featuring a sledding hill, a playground featuring a climbing wall, and multiple concerts and festivals is only about 1 mile away. Grand Park Community Recreation center is less than 1 mile away featuring a 30-foot climbing wall, 20-foot loop slide, lazy river, hot tub, sauna, steam-room, full weight and cardio room, fitness classes, and much more. We are also a short walk away from some of Winter Park's best restaurants and nightlife. The free Lift shuttles runs throughout the neighborhood with access to Winter Park Resort and area attractions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Free Resort shuttle stops throughout the neighborhood and accesses Winter Park's world class skiing as well as shopping dining, and nightlife. (Red Line Rendezvous Rd. stop 0.3 miles up and 0.3 miles down Rendezvous road, Blue Line Hi Country Haus stops less than 80 yards directly downhill) For night on-call or para-transit call the Resort Dispatch Office. Download the The Lift Rider APP from the APP Store to find your shuttle bus in real time.
2. PARKING: There is parking for 2 vehicles: 1 vehicle can be parked in the private one car garage. One car can be parked in the partially covered driveway in front of the garage. There are also pay-for-parking options at Winter Park Resort and free covered parking in the parking garage at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park.
3. GROCERY STORES: It is fairly easy to go grocery shopping. The free shuttle can get you to both of the grocery stores: Safeway in Fraser is about 2 miles away and Fireside Market is perhaps 1 miles away. Both are on the shuttle route, or a quick drive away.
4. TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: It is possible to visit Winter Park on the train directly from Denver or Denver International Airport, or by the airport shuttle, while others drive up in a rental car. Many people rent a car in case they want to go see other points of interest in the area, like the tubing hills in Fraser, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Hot Springs in Hot Sulphur Springs or a quick trip to the casinos in Black Hawk. The free shuttle can get you to the grocery stores and tubing hills but you will need a taxi or a rental car to get to the Hot Spring or Black Hawk.
