「The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed. The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience.」

「The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best! 」

「斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。」
