“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. Stone Town is a great place to roam and see a side of Africa that is seldom seen. A place where cultures have mixed and co-exist. It is somewhat in decay and not very well kept, but it is extremely interesting to visit the sights and experience Stone Town while looking for souvenirs and just observing the Swahili culture and Zanzibar architecture.
