Lovely place. It was perfect for our girls' trip long weekend. The rooms were so spacious and tastefully decorated. It was also super clean and had everything we needed, including for our night staying in with Door-dash to binge watch a couple Netflix series. The coffee lover in our group was so appreciative of the supplies and setup. The location is fabulous for walking the Creek Park, or to dinning and shopping options. We're looking forward to making this our Christmas present to each other every year,

Spent only one night in Frederick, but loved our stay. Hope's place was so clean, nicely laid out for our group of 4, and super convenient for walking around the downtown Frederick area. Would definitely stay there again the next time I travel to the area.

Great location, spacious place.

We were in Frederick for a family wedding and this place was perfectly situated for our stay. Walking distance to the park, many local eateries and points of interest. Kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast. Thumbs up!

Perfect location

This condo was close to shops, restaurants, and parks. We did not have to drive anywhere. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall, a great place for 3 college friends getting together 35 years after graduating!

Great condo but communication needs improvement

The condo was very good for the price and convenience. I think it definitely needs a little TLC with the furnishing and details. The communication for check-in was pretty poor and it took calling VRBO support to get our checkin instructions within 45 minutes of arrival after my messages were ignored for 2 days leading up to arrival.

Great hotel alternative

We were attending a wedding in downtown Frederick and it was so nice to be able to stay within a short walk to the venue and the adorable town. Well appointed and clean. Only suggestion is that the unit needs a full length mirror in at least one room. Highly recommend.

Easter meet up

Spent a weekend getting to know our grandchildren. This was a great central meeting spot and worked well for infants not yet walking. There are steps off the living room down to the front entrance and you would need to bring a gate to keep little kiddos safe. We all had enough space and loved the kitchen. There was plenty of activities close by. Walking along the creek in the parks was just lovely:everything was in bloom.

Property location was very convenient to town but in an area that is slowly renovating. Could be stocked a little better; ie. wine glasses and utensils. Everything else was as described. Note to owners: toaster doesn't work and the ice maker seems to be freezing up. The steps from the bedrooms to the bathroom need caution.

Great Location

The property looks kind of shabby from the rear, but the inside has been modernized and was extra clean. The kitchen was gorgeous. There are a few places where wear and tear were beginning to show and might need some attention. The bedding was adquate, but not luxury, and the light above the sink in guest bath didn't work. Nor did the toaster in the kitchen. So, minor things that just need a little TLC. But as to location, it couldn't have been better for our purposes. We were going to a concert at Weinberg Center, and also were interested in local history and local food. About a 2-3 block walk to everything, with very safe feeling surroundings. The front door keypad was of a type we'd not seen before, but check-in instructions instructions were good, and once mastered, it was a breeze coming and going. I should note that the Gaithers Alley behind the residence is where you can park, but can only be entered from the west end...it doesn't go though to Ice Street. Not knowing that, we had to loop back around a few blocks to find the entry. After parking, we never had to drive anywhere.Also, this is not a handicap accessible residence. You need to climb stairs to get into it. Not a factor for anyone in our party, but worhty of mention for others considering it.

Good Potential but missed the mark

Great location to downtown - neighborhood seems questionable when driving up but proximity is walking distance to all downtown which was great! The photos do this home justice. It hasn’t been up-kept the way I would expect a home to be on VRBO. Here we’re just a few items that were found wrong in the property: 1. Stain on comforter in bedroom upon check in 2. Master bathroom shower doors come off the hinge 3. Smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling 4. Towel bar was ripped off the master wall 5. Broken Glass in backyard- due to no landscaping being done in what seems to be like forever. No care to the exterior of the home. This is super dangerous for children who go in the yard and also you park your cars back there- flat tires could happen. 6. Additional hall bath wall by the bathtub is rotting a away on two sides 7. Floors were filthy! My kids walked with no shoes and their feet were black! 8. Railing in front foyer going up stairs is coming off the wall 9. The sofa is destroyed and dirty 10. The hot water breaker tripped so we had no hot water one afternoon. We ended up fixing it. 11. Moldy shower curtain 1:. The master mattress isn’t a mattress- it’s some sort of tri fold 6in thick topper and was so uncomfortable! The pros were the location and the property owner was very responsive when I raised my concerns. With that said, the house needs to have some needed maintenance and new furnishings. Tons of potential.

Very nice stay.The backyard where we parked is a bit rough looking, and we're glad it didn't rain as walking from the car to the house is over rather thin grass/dirt. I pulled the car around to the front the night we got dressed up and went out.

We had a great, problem-free stay at this perfectly located condo. Clean, convenient, quiet - highly recommended! We didn't have any communication with the property manager, which surprised us, but there was no need and we had no issues.
