This delightful 1-bedroom apartment is situated on the lower level of a townhouse, offering a tranquil retreat just a 7-minute drive from downtown Frederick and a convenient 50-minute commute to Washington, D.C.
Perfectly located in close proximity to essential amenities like Walmart, Giant, Safeway, Starbucks, and Wegmans, this apartment ensures easy access to all your daily needs.
Residents also enjoy the added bonus of a community boasting a scenic walking and bike trail, tennis courts, and direct access to the Monocacy River.
Inside, the apartment is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a round table for four people and a TV complete with local and premium channels, featuring Cinemax, Stars, Showtime, Netflix, and Disney+ for your entertainment needs.

This is an adorable apartment! Wonderful amenities. The hosts have thought of everything! It is very clean and adorably decorated! It has a full kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, We felt so at home!

Cozy place
We were in town for a wedding and this location was so convenient for us! Jose was very easy to communicate with and the place was very warm and cozy. The neighborhood was super cute and close to a lot of shops/restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area!

Very Clean and Comfortable
This place was perfect for my husband and I. Very convenient to family nearby and well appointed with everything we need from linens to a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very soft, and we personally prefer a med/firm mattress.
The host was available and very helpful. We highly recommend this place, and will likely stay here again during our future visits.

Weekend stay in Frederick
I rented this property for a three day weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Jose was great with communication, check in info and instructions. The accommodations were great in a nice neighborhood close to many restaurants and downtown Frederick. I would recommend this location to anyone who is out of town and would book this again myself in the future.
