We needed a place to just catch some sleep after a long drive and it served its purpose. Definitely dated and need of some repairs however the room was clean and the staff super helpful.

Showed up to check in. No problem. Get keys to the room. Not only was it not the room we paid for kin size bed it was dirty, bed was messy pillows were on the floor. Called front desk to let them know it was not the room we booked but it was dirty. They said they did not have a room with a king bed as requested gave us keys to check out another room. Nope was dirty mattess was gross. So we went to the front desk and said we were not staying to refund us and we were leaving. Only then did he said wait I think I have a king bed on the 1st floor. We said nope. We were already distrustful of the premises and felt it was safer to keave than to stay. The camera outside our room was disconnected and we felt unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The room we were initially assigned had loads of items on the fridge and reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk attendant was incredibly accommodating and gave us a new room promptly. However, the sheets on one bed in the second room we were given smelled of mildew. Thankfully we had 2 beds and just nixed poor smelling the first bed.

There were permanent residents living at this hotel. We smelled cigarette smoke in the halls. The paint by the towel bar was patched up with a different color. The toilet tissue was just placed on the counter top since the holder was broken. The elevator button for Ground was missing, so you had to poke your finger in to a little piece inside. We actually left (even though we paid) and went to another hotel.

The mirrors was so dusty around the jacuzzi. The bed so old, already have “nest” in them. The bed sheets was smelled like didn’t got changed for a while. The pillows was look old and dingy. I toke my kids out for Valentine’s Day, so they enjoyed the jacuzzi and the whole thing, that’s all is matter. But when the place ask for deposit, and keep the money for 2-3 business days, saying have no smoke policy, I really excepted the smoke smell in everywhere! Oh, on the icing on the cake, it was a roach in the tub upon waking up!

Here’s the deal, I checked in for a room that I made the mistake in booking, I thought it was one thing, it was different. MY MISTAKE! Rather than telling me I’m SOL, Eshara made everything right, she took the time to dig in and figure out what happened and then booked me for a night in the room I was expecting at no extra charge. It’s one thing to have mistakes happen, but when the teammates take action to SOLVE these mistake…the world is changed. Thank you for Super 8’s staff of excellent people. Shoutout to Eshara and Ragy!

The male front desk employee did his best when he was slammed. Our room smelled like cat urine so strong it made our eyes burn.( We had our dog so we had a pet friendly room). Exit doors on end are locked so you can not renter so parking is terrible on the backside to carry your luggage in. Creeps walk around parking lot lurking in vehicle. If staying in this place make sure you’re strapped.

I thought it was very clean and the staff was very nice. Whenever we asked for something they were always eager to help. They even cleaned the snow off our car in the morning.

I will never go back.
Came up for my daughter’s memorial service. It was not handicap friendly at all. The second hotel, had mold and no heat. I left on Sunday instead of Monday due to a death another one in my family.
