“Online description said hot tub as an amenity. There wasn’t one on the property, that was the main reason for booking that property. ”

The floors were gritty and sticky, the home was moldy, the toilet area was dirty, the shower—rain head with fire hydrant pressure, bed sheets…sandpaper at best, and the bed hard and squeaky. I received a text from management company the day before our stay informing me the spa was out of order but because they have a no return policy wasn’t much I could do about it. Once arriving at the property it was obvious the spa hadn’t been in working order in years. They say there is……

It was a great option for privacy and peace, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet only minutes away from the wedding venue, events, and shopping square. We stayed in the cottage with the hot tub, and it was easy to operate and delightful to get a soak in every night. Our host, Lance, was quick to respond when we had an issue and resolved it promptly.”
