Inside the cozy suite, you'll find two comfortable leather armchairs positioned at the foot of a plush king-size bed. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee, courtesy of the well-appointed kitchenette equipped with a coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave. Afterward, indulge in the bathroom's spacious double-headed shower, preparing yourself for a day filled with exciting adventures.
For cozy evenings in, a flatscreen TV is mounted above a stone-framed fireplace, creating an ideal setting for watching your favorite movies or shows with your loved one. Alternatively, step outside to the private courtyard, where you can unwind in the hot tub while streaming your favorite tunes using the complimentary WiFi.

Guest have access to The Octavia cottage and the surrounding landscape of the Blacksmith Quarters property. Please mindful of other guests that may be occupying the neighboring cottages on site. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
To elevate your stay, we’re pleased to offer a complimentary wine tasting experience in partnership with Coordinates Winery. A custom tasting card will be placed in your unit upon arrival. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!
House Rules:

- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- Please do not put any extra bubbles or additives into the hot tubs.
- Please cover the hot tub after each use.
- Do not light the Fireplaces by the switch located inside the fireplace.
- The switch by the bed is the only method to be used to light the fireplace.
- Kindly be aware that this is a shared vacation complex where we offer one parking spot for each bedroom.
- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins in the parking area.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
