Nestled between bustling downtown shops and prestigious wineries, this Fredericksburg condo boasts 1,220 square feet of opulent living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two master suites with king-sized beds and in-suite bathrooms, alongside a generous living and dining area. It even includes a full-size washer and dryer! Unwind and rejuvenate after a day of wine tasting, shopping, and exploring on your private, expansive back patio with views of the vineyard at Hill Country University Center. Mike’s Birthday Weekend

Weekend Getaway

Weekend getaway in the Hill country
The property exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly situated between downtown Fredericksburg and the wineries on 290. The property is new and clean. We will definitely recommend to our friends who are planning a trip to this area.

STATE PARKS STAY
Property was apparently very new and was amazing! Basic necessities were provided also. Located just outside of Fredericksburg, so very convenient for lots of things. We did Pedernales Falls State Park and Enchanted Rock State Park. Requires climbing stairs to get to the bedrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us at all, but thought I should mention it. Steve was great with answering any questions we had and also giving great recommendations. Will definitely make this a favorite any time we’re in the area.

Immaculate set up
House was clean and modern. Patio area was incredible for morning coffee. Great area to stay if you want a bit of quiet outside of downtown area, but only a few minutes drive in. Would absolutely stay here again!!
