Check House Before Guests Arrive
Property and house was very nice . We liked the country setting and the privacy. We arrived at 6:00 on Friday night. It was very hot outside, and when we went inside the cabin the heat took our breath away. The AC was not running, and was set on 86 degrees. Took over 2 hrs to get it to 75 degrees. The only other negative was the awful odor in the water…from the tap, sink, shower, and bath. The smell was so bad, that the stench stayed on our skin after bathing.

Romantic getaway
absolutely enjoyed this little peaceful home out in the middle of the country. The home has so much character. It was a wonderful weekend to spend it with my wife just to have her and I together for romantic couple nights. watching the sunset over the hills. This home offers a lot more than you think. The jacuzzi tub is enough for two people to sit in it comfortably and you have all the accommodations you could possibly need with just a short drive into town if need be. Cannot wait to be able to return. my thanks to the host

Beautiful Cabin
This cabin was so cute and had everything we needed. Including a welcoming donkey! We loved the quite place and it was so clean and cute. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to hill country. Just beautiful!

Great location for some peace and quiet! We used this cabin to unwind from our hectic jobs…of course we shopped Fredericksburg! The cabin is awesome! The wife enjoyed the sunken tub and I enjoyed the huge shower! We’ll definitely stay here again!

The perfect German farmhouse/cottage
We so enjoyed our stay at Francesca. It was the perfect German farmhouse/cottage with so many perfect touches. The location was wonderful. My ancestors, the Danz family, settled in nearby Stonewall in the 1800’s and so this was a great experience.

THE BEST NEST IN FREDRICKBERG
This was not only the best looking and feeling properties but the location was perfection. Being only a short drive to all vineyards and main st yet far enough to enjoy the country side. Definitely staying here again!

Charming cabin
This was our 3rd time to stay at this cabin and it didn't disappoint. Warm and cozy even during sleet and snow and quite cold temperatures. Great location, centrally located amongst our favorite wineries. We'll be back!

Unique, beautiful, secluded, quiet, perfect!
Title says it all! It's like your own little ranch just 20 minutes from town. Absolutely lovely. Deer came through the backyard in the mornings. Hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommend:)

Peaceful Stargazing
My wife and I celebrated her birthday here anticipating to see meteor showers with the private location and were not disappointed. Lounge chairs were perfect for stargazing. Amenities felt like a resort combined with the privacy of a rural location. Close enough to town to visit if wanted, but far enough away to disconnect. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return in the fall.
