Main House- Dining table that seats 14. Room #1- Upstairs Master with King with En-Suite/Jack-n-Jill bath, Room #2- Downstairs with 2 king beds hall bath, Room#3-King with Jack-n-Jill bath shared with #4, Room #4- King bed, and a Loft #5- with 4 twin . Family room - 16 foot couch.
Guest House - Lofted bedroom with 1 King + 2 Queens, family room, dining room & kitchen.

The Space:
Unique and fun. You will find this to be a great retreat to stay duriing a trip to Fredericksburg and the Texas Hill Country. All linens and beds are amazing to make your stay that much better. Bathrooms are well crafted to have essentials and a hook for each guest.

On 3 acres of land in the Texas Hill Country within 4 miles of downtown Fredericksburg Texas. The outdoors include a patio for BBQ and outdoor dining, a game room and bar - Racks & Renegades and seating area in our Rose Room greenhouse. Our use our Fire Pit or play a game of Cornhole. Just relax and enjoy our little slice of heaven at Raymond Ranch and our town of Fredericksburg.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the property via our remote locks with codes unique to our guests.

Getting Around:
There are lots of available transport companies that can act to bring you to and from the property and town or local wineries/attractions. The ranch has plenty of driveway for parking multiple vehicles.
