Big, clean, and very quiet basement apartment.

The photos don’t do the place justice. It’s very big, also impeccably clean. Awesome host as well, cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is huge for a studio and had everything you needed for a weekend away. The gift box of candy and breakfast bars was a great touch. I had a lot of events in town that weekend and it was a nice landing pad in between or for coffee in the am. It’s about a $9 Uber ride to downtown or the university and very easy to get one whenever I needed it which I appreciated! They were great hosts and the entire stay was fantastic!

Great stay!

This cozy basement apartment is right near downtown Fredericksburg, making downtown dinner trips or meeting up with friends you may know in the area, an absolute breeze! Quiet safe neighborhood and great host. Cannot recommend them enough. :)
