7 C's Main House has an open-concept space that combines a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room. This layout is perfect for bringing everyone together. The kitchen features modern appliances and all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. The dining area, with its table and chairs, offers a welcoming spot for shared meals, with large windows providing scenic views.
Three bedrooms, each offering a king-sized bed adorned with luxurious linens. The third bedroom features a charming loft with an additional twin bed, adding a playful touch to the space. The home offers two full bathrooms.
Located in the property's backyard, Lil Miss Bunkhouse is a cozy retreat with a rustic charm of its own. Inside, guests will find three twin beds, providing a comfortable and inviting space for a peaceful night's sleep. The bunkhouse also features a full bathroom for added convenience.
The Blakey, one of the restored cabins on the property, offers a living room centered around a beautiful stone fireplace. The fireplace serves as a focal point, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Comfortable seating arrangements encourage guests to gather, share stories, or simply relax by the fire.
The bedroom is designed to be a restful retreat. It boasts a spacious and comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room's furnishings complement the cabin's rustic charm. An adjacent full bathroom adds convenience to the bedroom.
The Coco, the second cabin on the property, features a living room with its own fireplace. This cozy space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration or simply enjoying the warmth of the fire.
The Coco's bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, designed for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The cabin also includes a full bathroom, ensuring guests' convenience.
The outdoor space is designed for fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. It includes a playscape for children, a pavilion that offers a shaded retreat, making it an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings and picnics. Adjacent to the pavilion is "The Saloon," a fantastic recreational space equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, a chess table, and more. The Saloon is perfect for friendly competitions, game nights, and socializing. A kitchenette ensures that refreshments and snacks are always within reach. A fire pit adds a cozy touch to the outdoor area, inviting guests to gather around the flames and enjoy the beauty of the starry night sky. The newly constructed swimming pool is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults for cooling off on those hot summer days.
Guest Access:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
