After we made the reservation (and paid in full) we were informed by a message that the elevator was not working. Seems like this is something we should have been aware of ahead of time or perhaps we could have been given a discount at check in. When we arrived we were given a room on the 3rd floor, after carrying our luggage up 3 floors we entered the hallway to hear two (if not three) very loud barking dogs in the room directly next to ours. Clearly they had been left alone in the room. I went back to the lobby and was told by the agent they had been trying to reach the guests "all day". after hemming and hawing about were they could move us we were finally offered an upgrade to a king room on the 4th floor! Up again and then back down 4 flights of stairs to get takeout from the dining room. No menus in the room for the restaurant, it would have been a lot easier to order from the room than to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting to pick up our order. The room was very nice, the view was fantastic. But the elevator was a definite disappointment and not handled well. There initial solution was a full refund (at 6:30 at night) and to find another hotel.

Rooms were very clean. Conveniently located off the highway. Elevator was broken so had to do the stairs. Luckily stayed on 2nd floor.

While the interior was neat & tidy as expected, the outside grass and gardens hadn’t been touched yet. Almost made the property look abandoned. My BIGGEST complaint though is they should be telling customers at time of booking that they’re a 4 story building with a non-working elevator, not the morning of your check-in when it’s too late to cancel.

Hotel is definitely going through some Reno’s but we weren’t too pleased when we were notified the day before that the elevator wasn’t working. We ended up finding out that it has been down for weeks? So we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. Not a good look.

Elevator broken. Had to walk up and down from the four floor. They only informed us of this the day prior. Not enough time to change hotels.
Restaurant was awful. We were the only ones in it and after eating we understood why. Three of us ordered a dinner which was supposed to have chicken in it. One person had 2 pieces, one had one and the other had none. We told the waitress but nothing was done about it.
No cups or glasses in the room. Asked the desk if we could get some and they told us we would have to come get them ourselves.
The room prices should have been reduced. Would not stay there again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming….
unfortunately, since the elevator was being replaced, I had asked for a 2nd floor room when I booked…when checking in we were offered on the 4 th fl…after checking again, we were given on the 3 rd floor.
It was VERY noisy but no fault of the hotel.
The hotel needs some TLC.

The elevator has been broken since December 2024. There was no mention of this during my booking. You had to use the stairs and carry your luggage. There was an issue with the pool and it was not open. The buffet breakfast is undesirable. The owners or managers of this property do not invest money or time to make the customer’s stay enjoyable. I will never stay at this property again.

At the time we stayed the elevator was out of service and the pool was closed - a little disappointing for the price we paid.
