"Everything was fine except the pool and hot tub. They could have used cleaning. The hot tub had cold water for over half of our stay. I would have given a higher rating if it worked unfortunately. "

"The virtual front desk took some adjusting. Be sure to read the emails/texts from the virtual front desk. All of the instructions are well written but it is a bit complicated. In order to get to my room from the parking garage it required 3 different elevators that all worked a little differently. The room was nice but slightly worn. There was the constant roar of the highway below, even from the 50th floor but nothing I couldn't deal with. Use of the Tower Club restaurant was amazing! Great view and lovely lunch. I would stay again."

"Excellent stay for a great price! Our double queen room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4pm so they put us in a suite! It’s not a new hotel by any means so there are some things they could use a quick touch up but overall it was a great hotel in a great location. We walked about a half mile or so to all the stuff we wanted to do. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the room is large and clean. But there was so much thumping and the sound of chairs being dragged etc, from early in the morning in the room above ours that we got very little sleep. Several times it was so bad that we thought someone was knocking loudly on our door, and it scared us awake. I told the front desk when we left but they didnt seem overly concerned with making it right. "

"Pros: Staff was great, restaurants and room service was great, coffee shop was great, clean hallways, rooms, conference center. Cons: The conference center rooms were absolutely FREEZING! My room had issues with the toilet flushing properly and the bath tub emptying appropriately. The pool was meh and there is A LOT of street noise (not sure how you could combat that but it led to a not so relaxing time by the pool). All of this AND add on the resort fee that is not advertised or told to anyone until it's too late at check in time, definitely would not return. "
