"I liked the room - they gave me an upgrade. The pillows were nice and bed was comfortable. Great view of Houston Downtown. Bathtub with a view. I would have liked for them to extend my late checkout to 1pm but they only did 12:30pm."

"I can’t say enough good things about this stay, nor have enough space to! From start to finish, the experience and communication was a 10/10. Ann (the host) was not only responsive, but genuinely kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. As a true Capricorn, planning a group trip can already be stressful! Especially when you like things to be perfect and running smooth at all times. So imagine planning a trip for your birthday while flying in from out of state adds a whole extra layer of stress. Ann immediately eased any worries I had with no hesitation. She and her staff worked tremendously hard to get the home ready and presentable so we could check in as soon as we arrived, which made the entire trip start off smoothly. That level of communication began weeks prior and continued throughout our stay! Any concern I brought up was met with reassurance and a solution! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, and the home is even more beautiful in person than the photos. It was quite funny because our ride share drivers complimented the home and area each trip! I tend to get homesick when traveling but the atmosphere this home provided was so welcoming and comfortable. The home itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a group. The private bathrooms in each room and the thoughtful extras of items stocked made everything so convenient and comfortable. Overall the best home I’ve stayed at! If you’re thinking about booking, just do it! "

"One of the hostess’ at the front desk was rude, but I wont discredit the establishment cause of them. The property was small but well put together. Valet was on point. The room was good and the shower was a waterfall shower head (I think thats what its called). The location is perfect if you’re visiting the performance arts area. Easily walkable as I did. All in all it was a good stay. "
