"Had everything we might need for a stay. Ours was a short stay, but it would have been lovely for a longer stay as well. Host made it known they were there anytime for questions, the check in instructions made the process very easy - providing directions up to the room and everything, kitchen had everything needed for us too cook a nice pre-competition meal. No complaints."

"Stayed less than 24 hours. The front desk staff was great. Small hotel great for the price. They offered water and coffee and suggestions for local restaurants. Room was clean beds were comfortable. "

"The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. I have heard that as an Expedia customer there are sometimes a few options in this area. But, I cannot recommend. The ceiling was peeling, the wallpaper was peeling. I took plenty of pictures, but in the end we just had to meet our obligations in the city for the weekend"
