「NO BELLMAN to help w bags to room, (that we had no clue where was since room numbers are not in sequential order, all we were told by concierge was “down there next building” basically “figure it out”;
COCKROACHES in room; housekeeping went 2 of 5days(2nd day; then 3rd day at the end of day after we called needing room service and clean towels; floors were never mopped or broomed during our stay;
