Coastal Escape: Spacious Home Near the Beach

The Space:

The home had renovations completed in late 2023 to provide a refresh to the space and an updated welcome to guests. This coastal gem has an open floor plan and vaulted living room ceilings to welcome in the light. Privacy is provided as rooms are separated by the living room. Each room contains its own Smart TV for you to login to your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation or friends get away!



BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street on Seagull Road. You can access by walking (2 minutes), biking, golf-cart, or your vehicle as you are allowed to drive on the beach!



BIRD WATCHING: The bird watching at this property is amazing. You can see hundreds of species flock to the bay in the early morning and throughout the day.



FISHING: Bring your kayak and you can easily explore all the way to the intercoastal during hightides from the backyard. :)



Guest Access:

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.



The Neighborhood:

This home is on the last home in a row of houses right off of Bluewater Highway. It is a very secluded and private home! The beach access is across the street on Seagull Rd.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, bike, or rent a golf cart to cruise to the beach. The walk to the beach is about two minutes. You can drive your vehicle on the beach with the purchase of a beach permit. The free beach is about a quarter of a mile down the road if you do not want to purchase a permit.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- Water Hose: There is an accessible water hose downstairs.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided.



-There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay



-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.



Please note -

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee.



We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
