  • She's done! We are doing the finishing touches between wine glasses, the elevator is installed, the hot tub just showed up, and the wifi is on! Most importantly the 75" TV and fireplace are installed! On The Rocks is a Brand New Luxury Ocean Front custom property with 5 bedrooms and four and half baths. The house is an upside down design with the kitchen, living, dining, half bath and one master bedroom (with on-suite) on the top level. First level has four bedrooms and 3 full baths. Three of the bedrooms are on-suites creating 3 master suites. Our goal is provide a self-contained resort type vacation with endless views and proximity to the beach. The house boosts a beautiful modern design with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The first deck has a 7 person hot tub over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The 1st deck is 1080 square feet, the 2nd deck is 980 square feet with one side uncovered for sun bathing above it all. Each bathroom is designed to have the Spa feel and feel of luxury, marble counter tops and thoughtfully selected tiles and colors to help you relax and enjoy a bath. Our yard is fenced so our our legged friends can run and explore and enjoy their vacation as well. Our house is situated next to the rocks at Treasure Island which has the most relaxing sounds of waves splashing in the rocks. It's truly a great vacation location. As a builder and having adjusted houses for multi-family rentals this house is second to none.

I have rented 4 properties in Treasure Island and maybe 6 throughout Surfside over the years. This is the nicest home of them all. Very nice accommodations, beautiful view of the ocean, and lovely hot tub. Really enjoyed our time here!

This house is beautiful, it’s ocean front with beautiful views in morning and evening . We saw dolphins almost every morning. This house is very spacious, it's ideal for large groups. Plenty of room and privacy as well. The beach is a quick walk away. On some days we actually had beachfront. My friends and family all enjoyed it and we are planning another trip soon.

The house was clean and ready for us to check-in on time. Communication with Paul is excellent and he is quick to respond to any question or concern. Paul is an excellent host. The house has wonderful views from both balconies looking out over the water without seeing any other properties. We always have a great time staying at Paul's properties. The Treasure Isle neighborhood is small and family friendly and beach access is limited to foot traffic or golf carts.

What a fantastic property! Beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. Since were there over July 4th weekend, the hosts surprised us with some patriotic goodies, which was a very appreciated touch!The views are incredible and I watched the sunrise each morning from the patio. We even saw dolphins each day. We enjoyed dinner each night on the patio, which has lots of space to spread out.The hot tub and elevator were out of service, but the host warned us ahead of time, so not a huge deal although there's lots of stairs and we had 2 senior dogs with us who would have appreciated the elevator.The beach is a short walk, but gets crowded early. We opted to brave the crowds 1 day and the next day drove a few minutes and found a spot with plenty of room. We made a bonfire, but the wood is too wet to burn - you'll see lots of pretty bonfires on the beach. Don't fall into that trap!Our family had a great time and I'd highly recommend staying there!

Great Fishing & Lovely Beach Access

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The fishing in front of the house was incredible (thanks to the green light) and the beach location was lovely. We had trouble with the WiFi connection, but otherwise no complaints. Definitely a place we would stay again!

The home was perfect for our family. Our ages range from 5 to 86. The views were amazing. We saw dolphins swimming from our ocean view. We would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful Property

We do an annual trip to Galveston and this was our second time to stay at "On The Rocks." The property is amazing and the views are breathtaking. The property is clean and the beds are cozy. Paul is super responsive and so easy to work with. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Our beach vacation

Family had a blast, nice location on the water and short walk to sandy beach. We enjoyed the sounds of the gulf and the sounds of the record player and collection of unusual vinyls. The lift was useful.

Awesome experience

We had a wonderful time . Very nice beach house. Paul, our host was very prompt to answer our questions before the stay. While we were there, Deborah (property manager) was very helpful and came to make sure everything was ok. The crabbing experience was awesome. We definitely will stay there again.

Great Thanksgiving Week!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at On The Rocks for the Thanksgiving week. The view from the deck was amazing and we saw dolphins in the water almost every day! The lift is very helpful for heavy items and worked well. The rooms are all very comfortable as is the lounge and dining room. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time!

Absolutely stunning house right on the water! Short walk to sandy beaches and the most convenient lift you will ever see!!! We’ve talked about returning to this same house every year because it had everything we needed!!
