We have a private dock ready for fishing and boating (owners vote is private in eligible for renting) or just take in the relaxing sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy your bicycle ride which is only blocks from the beach!
The main residence has four spacious bedrooms , two sizable family rooms, dining room, large and beautiful well equipped kitchen.
Enjoy a breathtaking Bahama lanai which opens into a spacious patio with a unground swimming pool and soaker tub.
We have a completely separate cottage that is a bedroom and bathroom.
We have a equipped gym, and pool table, large green areas with beautiful palms, main entrance fountain and more!
We are located walking distance from beaches and native cuisine restaurants and bars.
A few minutes driving to breathtaking beaches, shopping centers, diving places, restaurants and bars.

The house was great, everything we were looking for. It is situated on a nice quiet canal and dock was big enough for our 39' boat (it did overhang). If you're coming by boat I suggest bringing some extra bumpers for the tide change. After a long day of fishing, it was nice to jump in the pool. The owner connected us with her local host, Linda, who was so kind. She checked in on us a few times during our 10 day stay. The house was clean, has almost everything you could possibly need and communication was good. We had a wonderful time and already have our next trip booked to stay here!

I was unable to visit due to a severe injury. We hope to be there next year. The owner was easy to communicate (responded very quickly).

Bahamas Fishing
This rental is in a great location for our annual Bahamas fishing trip. Ocean Reef access has sufficient water depth even at low tide for most boats. The house is located on a large property and we were met by the owner's agents upon arrival. This home is more spacious with more amenities than other homes we have rented making it the best one yet. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

During our stay the jacuzzi did not operate so the water temperature was not warm. The property manager did send the plumber out, but the repair was not completed during our stay. Other than that (important because we selected that property knowing the weather would not be warm for swimming and I misread and thought both the pool and jacuzzi were heated) we enjoyed the property.
