This property has one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Your own personal pool and bath tub, the view….. amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city and buzz this is definitely the place to go to, to enjoy some peace and quiet. However, when it comes to the food, terrible experience. Options are very limited and portions were tiny. Asking for ketchup seemed like you were asking for a whole other meal. Just like any tropical climate make sure to pack mosquito spray.

The property does not have a descent beach. The beach was full of seaweed and you need transportation to go to the beach. The transportation is offered by the Hotel but still inconvenient. Regarding food there’s only one restaurant basically with the same menu everyday. The pool at the property is was kind of small even tho you have a private pool in your room. Overall, I’m not going back. You betters places the same or less price.

This property was the best decision we made for this trip. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and willing to help you have the best trip possible in any way. The rooms are more beautiful than the pictures and the resort offers you beautiful views with a great sense of privacy. Although the resort is about a 40min taxi ride from the city, you can easily schedule a taxi or book any excursions with the resorts help. The vegan accommodations made daily were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this place or visit again.

Amazing service and the rooms look better than in the pictures. The food was also extremely delicious. My only recommendation is skip the sushi, it was beautiful but uneatable, we ended up going back to the restaurant for dinner.
