Sarah 3 "Rapport qualité-prix centré sur le site naturel de Sables d'Or les Pins et région, magnifiques.Cher. 🙂 Appartement spacieux, équipements d'intérieur neufs et pratiques. Le guide d'accueil est bien conçu. 🙁 Le jardin n'était pas privatif complètement, donc ouvert, on ferme les volets tous les soirs : en résulte un réveil dans l'ombre tous les matins, dans un espace claquemuré par les volets...ceci n'avait pas été précisé au contrat. Le plein pied sur l'extérieur est un jardinet-cour, non privatif et non utilisable comme terrasse (pas de chaises et tables). Draps à payer en plus, ce qui est accepté volontiers (prix modeste) mais les serviettes de salle de bain aussi en supplément, et les linges aussi. ...le parking également ouvert sur le grand public de la station : places de parc pas toujours libres ! - dommage."

Sarah 3 "Bel appartement, fonctionnel et moderne 🙂 Bel appartement, moderne , fonctionnel , la télévision est énorme NETFLIX disponible avec vos codes perso 🙁 Il y a un four, mais pas de plat adapté, on a été obligé de s’en acheté un, sinon il était notifié dans le descriptif qu’il y avait un sèche cheveux, mais il n’y en avait pas, nous l’avons signalé , mais jamais eu de retour . Le sol a un souci, il n’est pas de niveau, il fait des vagues, c’est très bizarre . L’extérieur n’est pas fonctionnel le sol est empierré voir photo"

Support local (téléphone/sms) hyper réactif et efficace. l'utilisation de codes pour entrer/sortir permet d'éviter la perte de clés Quelques bémols toutefois : la machine à laver le linge est commune sur la résidence. idem pour le sèche linge. gênant lorsque des résidents laissent leur linge après lavage ou séchage. il n'y a pas de manuel d'utilisation de la plaque à induction, ni du four, ni du four à micro-ondes."
