「It’s a great simple place and we’re very accommodating with mt secure bike storage It’s a big sporting complex and was fine Near to a pizza place as well as its own restaurant which I didn’t try Walkable to the shopping centre so no big issue Was clean and very compatible with my needs No aircon but didn’t need it Has a swimming pool and sauna free to use for guests but didn’t get to use」

「The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days. 」

「Excellent room which seemed to have been refurbished recently. Bathroom really modern with an excellent, powerful shower. Two small bottles of water provided but no tea/coffee. Staff welcoming and efficient. Good location for all attractions and proximity to trams. We also enjoyed the cocktails in the not so ‘secret’ bar!」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....
