Beautiful villa

Spacious, well equipped, clean and modern. Located in quiet neighbourhood about a 15 min drive from St Raphael beach with outdoor evening market, restaurants and gelato parlours! We had two cars with ample driveway parking. Added bonus of own pool.

The English Rugby fans

Ann Marie and Raoul were perfect hosts. We are 5 old guy's that were there to watch the rugby World cup qualifying rounds. The villa is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a holiday. A good pool with lovely views. Perfect for a family Thank you Ann Maria and Raoul for making our too short stay so pleasurable

Zuhause in Urlaub

Exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben, im Wohnzimmer mittlerweile zwei neue Sofas.Der Pool ist super und beheizt.Wir hatten noch nie eine soo gut ausgestattete Küche in einem Ferienhaus, sogar eine Küchenmaschine ist vorhanden.Kommknikation mit Raoul einfach und sehr freundlich, super schnelle Antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten!

Schöne Villa mit zeitgemäßer Ausstattung

Alles perfekt, das Haus, der Gastgeber, der Bick vom Pool in die Pinienwälder und von der oberen Terrasse in den Sonnenuntergang.. Leider ist die Fahrt zum Strand recht weit nicht immer ohne Staus, das sollte man berücksichtigen. Mit einen neuen Außenanstrich würde das Objekt noch viel attraktiver wirken (im Inneren gab es aber nichts zu meckern)

Villa au calme et charmante

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans la Villa, Le propriétaire, Raoul habite à côté de la villa mais est totalement discret, au petit soin et accessible si besoin. On y retournera !! Merci Raoul

La maison est très propre, la piscine bien entretenue. La maison est bien équipée. Il y a même des jeux pour les enfants Très bien située Accueil très chaleureux de Raoul que nous pouvions toujours contacter

Haus war mit Abstrichen ok, Vermieter-Support war schlecht

Grundsätzlich war das Haus ok mit zum Teil gravierenden Mängeln. Großer grüner Schimmelfleck an der Schlafzimmerdecke im EG (war zum Einzug nicht sichtbar), Pool-Licht war defekt, an der Bretter-Verkleidung am Pool waren ebenfalls große Mängel (Schrauben schauten raus, Bretter waren zum Teil sehr stark verzogen, dass man aufpassen musste keine Holzsplitter im Fuß stecken zu haben). Vermieter vor Ort sprach weder deutsch noch englisch

Schönes Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Raoul ! Schönes neues sauberes Ferienhaus mit Salzwasserpool. Deutsche Fernsehsender vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen !

Top pour des vacances au calme !

La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée dans un quartier pavillonnaire au calme. Jeux, livres, piscine et barbecue... Tout y est pour des vacances réussies ! À 15 minutes en voiture de la plage ou des commerces. Merci à Raoul pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ;)

super séjour

très belle villa bien équipée et très propre séjour très agréable avec piscine sur terrasse d'ou l'on peut surveiller les enfants seul petit bémol ,la grande terrasse du 1er étage dont nous n'avons pu profiter car il manque un petit salon ou des transats pour profiter du soleil couchant
