70M from the port and the beach (at the end of the street)

Warm and renovated (2020) house composed of:
- a living room (non-convertible sofa, TV, table and chairs)
- new and equipped kitchen,
- 1 bedroom (double bed 160 and TV) on the ground floor,
- bathroom (walk-in shower, double sinks),
- separate toilet.

Upstairs,
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90)
- 1 bedroom with a magnificent view of the sea and the port (double bed 140).

Outside, you will have a traditional barbecue + gas hob, table and chairs and garden furniture.

Schönes Haus

Haus an guter Lage. Zu Fuss 3 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten zu guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Casa esattamente come nelle foto. Spazi adeguati. Comodissima e funzionale la veranda esterna. Non manca proprio nulla. Locali climatizzati. Posto auto interno ma, se si ha una macchina di medie dimensioni bisogna fare parecchie manovre per parcheggiare. Privacy garantita anche se ci sono altre case vicine. Unica pecca sull'esterno che è tutto piastrellato e non c'è prato. L'abitazione è a 50 mt dal porto e gli scogli con le calette di ghiaia sono raggiungibili a piedi. Panificio e un piccolo supermercato a 15 minuti a piedi.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln :-)

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Lage ist top, ideal für eine Strandurlaub, ein wenig Action und Sightseeing. Auch unser Hund kam hier voll auf seine Kosten. Der Hundestrand selbst ist zwar ein wenig entfernt, aber in 5min auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nur die Parkplätze sind rar, man muss also für einen Strandpatkplatz rechtzeitig da sein. Dazu sind die Parkplarzgebühren nicht zu unterschätzen. Das Haus ist als Ferienhaus voll ok, allerdings könnte gerade der Aussenbereich besser gepflegt sein. Die vorhandene Aussenküche ist echt nicht nutzbar ohne eine Grundreinigung. Dafür ist aber die Innenküche direkt neben der Terrasse und total in Ordnung. Wenn man ein großes Auto hat, ist es eine Kunst auf der Einfahrt neben dem Haus zu parken, da die Einfahrt doch sehr eng ist. Wer hier sicher gehen will parkt lieber vor dem Haus, wobei auch hier die Parkplätze nur begrenzt zur Verfügung stehen. Bemängeln ließe sich noch, dass bei Übergabe alle Formulare nur auf Französisch vorhanden sind und man keine Kopie bekommt. Aber alles in allem eine solide Basis für einen schöne Urlaub 😊

très bien malgré un gros problème de chaleur, isolation, manque de climatisation à l'étage

un seul "gros défaut" : pas de climatisation dans les sondes de l'étage; 2norme chaleur, pas de possibilité d'aérer ni de laisser les volets ouverts car lampadaire allumé toute la nuit juste devant les fenêtres des chambres

la première impression quand on rentre dans la cour c'est un affreux volet (peinture écaillée, bois cassé) mais une fois le volet ouvert ça va . Nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise (douche bouchée) problème qui a été pris en compte dès le lendemain par notre coordinatrice de l'agence, bien réactive En dehors de ça, tout c'est très bien passé , le logement est agréable , les chambres spacieuses , il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et la cour extérieure est très agréable pour les repas

Frühling

Wir genossen 2 Wochen in dem schönen, gemütlichen Haus. Es ist gut eingerichtet. Alles was man zum Leben, Kochen und Geniessen braucht ist vorhanden. Das Meer ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Markt und die Geschäfte sind zu Fuss in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
