「The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable! Its is located in a quiet street with ample curbside parking. It very easy to get around the palo alto are, lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our late-check out request. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and had ample room to hang out in the apartment. the beds were so comfy and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge benefit. 」

「Overall, this property was as advertised. It is a basement unit in a home. The host allowed an early check-in with their friend to accommodate our flight schedule. They offered suggestions for local restaurants. We had a severe weather event during our stay, and our host responded immediately to clean up a small amount of flood water on a carpet in the entryway. 」

「Stayed 5 weeks. The location perfect. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, just residential traffic going one way. But you can walk to the Haight for boutique shopping, or party in the Castro without needing a ride.」

「I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of...
