I feel like everything is normal and working good for them at this location except in the room I was the bed was horrible pretty worn out squeaky hard old near new bed and dresser other than that everything was pretty much acceptable disappointment is when you finally go to sleep or go to bed find out that the most important part of it until the bad it's basically gone

It is a motel, not a hotel. Motels can be interesting. When I parked in the area where the front desk directed me, I was greeted by multiple people crouched over with hooded jackets smoking various substances. The night stand in the room was made of particle board that was rotting from water damage. The rotted wood particles were on the floor around the night stand. The wooden chair in the room was covered with a sticky substance. Fortunately, the towels and sheets were clean. People were carrying on until 2:00 am. Loud televisions, yelling in the halls. Dogs barking and fighting. The owners yelling at the dogs who were ignoring the owners. Other than the occasional yells outside my door, I slept well. It may be the lack of internet caused me to sleep early. The guy at the check out desk was very friendly. Spending a night in a motel is a unique experience that I don't plan on repeating.

Good location

You may have some noises here and there by some people staying there, but overall, its fair enough. The location is good as well, walking distance to a supermarket, some shops and restaurant. It can save you some money as well.

The room was clean but it was a smoking room. The one that I ordered through Hotels.com wasn't available or ready. I was told if I wanted a non smoking room to come back. I didn't want to do that because I was tired. The lady behind the desk at check- in thought I got my room months prior. I smiled and said that Hotels.com was excellent to me and I just got it. She was surprised but Hotels.com has been great to me as a customer. The room was okay and it did have a bathtub. It was quiet and I slept well. Checking out, there was a young man who was doing check out and he saw me walking to the office. He didn't want to deal with me for whatever reason and pretend he was on the phone. I could have stood there but instead, I dropped my key off in the front and walked out. Other than that the Fremont North location is a okay one.
