「Property and staff were excellent」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. 「Super friendly staff and in a great location. Modern, clean and spacious.」

「The town and the hotel were magnificent.」

「Beautiful hotel and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The spa area is lovely too, though it can get a bit crowded, and the sauna is quite small, with room for only 2–3 people. Breakfast was good, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even better. Thank you!」
